Keres Spices is based in Austin, Texas, and we ship our products all across North America through our local facilities. We package our products in-house which means we can provide specialty packaging & labeling with your name, logo and barcode specifications.

Our Directors
Managing Director - Chef Brian Dorman graduated from Le Cordon Bleu London in 2004. He has worked in fine dining in both the United Kingdom and the United States. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe and southeast Asia researching the products we sell. Brian began selling spices door to door in New York City and Dallas before relocating to Austin to open Keres Spices.
Director -
Chef Michael Katz is currently the executive chef of Group Adom which holds and runs 3 restaurants in Jerusalem each one in its unique style from light casual to more up scale dining.
Michael is also currently one of the most demanded demonstrators and lecturers in the country when it comes to cooking. During his 19 years in the business Michael has managed to work 5 years in 2 and 3 Michelin rated Restaurants, have his own restaurant, become a member of the Master Chef association of Belgium, teach in the London Cordon Bleu for 3 years, help to establish a cooking school in Mexico city and more.
He is married to Sandra and he is the father of Mia Daniela and Gabriel Liam.
